We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If for some reason an item is showing that it cannot be shipped internationally please feel free to contact me so I can have the issue resolved!

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

 We usually ship small items such as keychains and chain browbands in a small to medium sized bubble mailer and most bracelets and other larger items in a small to medium sized box.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.


Returns Policy

Please read carefully before making your purchase. All horsehair inlay orders or orders that have some form of personalization made through this online store are considered custom orders, made as requested by the client (you), and we are not required to provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase for any reason. Each piece can take several days to a couple of weeks to create from start to finish, all depending on how you customized your order. Items thought to be damaged due to shipping may be returned at the clients expense and the validity of all claims will be decided by Cloverleaf Leather Works. If the received order was faulty or damaged, we will gladly fix/remake the item and return the item to the client with no added expense.
